Day 19 done and dusted.
This practice teaches me a lot daily. It makes me aware when I am angry, scared or something un-easy in my body. It reminds me I am not in alignment and that I need to come back to love.
While I may need to do more work to understand how I can go back to love from this fear, ego based thinking, I can certainly say I am very close as the first step is knowing that your Ego is talking.
We are all human, no one is perfect but what matters is how quickly we come back to love.
