Do you ever feel like you find yourself motivated for a short span of time and drop back into hold habits before you can see results?
This has happened to me. I often stay motivated and disciplined for a duration of 14days then drop back to old habits.
Ofcorse with the world going through the covid situation, it has become extremely hard to stay motivated.
But sometimes you need to ask yourself how badly do you want something? That is the motivation that should keep you going.
Therefore i am restarting my 40 day challenge and will record each day for all of you to tell you of my experience. I hope this will help you all to get back on track.
There is no easy way to discipline yourself to stay on track on your spiritual journey - you just have to convince yourself to doing it.
