And just like that I have finished all my "Red"days. Day 10 done and dusted. These days, the commitment I have had has been so meaningful to me. I have reaped so many fruits/benefits from it. It is like a blessing in disguise.
I can recognize when my ego is talking and understand how to return from that ego type thinking (fear based thought) to love, to positivity.
One more thing I had the urge to share with you : As I do my kundalini yoga in the mornings, we end the session with below song/ Prayer :

and the pure light within you, guide your way on.
This is so beautiful. I now realize the pure light within me. This has so much power. Only in 2 little sentences it explains the essence of this committed journey I am on. So blessed.
