Day 32 completed.
Another lesson l learn from this challenge I am on is that - nothing will change till you do something different DAILY. Build it in your schedule otherwise you will never achieve it. Training your mind, body and soul is not an easy task - we are trying to program a brain that for years is used to old belief systems to new belief systems, getting rid of the ego is no easy task either. No matter how spiritual you become - the ego never goes away but daily practices help you deal with it.
It only matters how quick you come back to love and I have slowly started mastering it.
The Universe has my back!!!!
