Day 35 and 36 completed.
Staying patient and trusting the journey is something that I could never understand but this daily commitment to spirituality has helped me enjoy the process and be in the knowing that there is something out there protecting and guiding me.
I, now am enjoying the process, I am beginning to understand the power of NOW and how to just enjoy today and hold gratitude for it without obsessing when my visualizations for the future will come true.
The goal is not to get rid of all your negative thoughts, feelings and life situations. That is impossible. The goal is to change your response to them. To grow so strong on the inside, that nothing on the outside can affect your inner wellness and peace without your conscience permission.
