I have been doing this for a minute everyday for 10days now. At first it maybe very tiring but once you really get into it - it feels very good. For me personally in 10 days of practicing this - it has helped me look closely at what is in my mind that I have negative thoughts about.
In my mind I am continuously stressing about something but once I get into this practice everything seems to make sense and I am filled with very loving energy.
I would recommend everybody to practice this atleast for 1 to 3minutes daily to reap the benefits.
